Emmett has golden eyes which turn red, nearly black, when he is thirsty. He has a cute boyish face –which is what attracted Rosalie. He has cute dimples and mousey brown hair. Even though he is cute and boyish, he can be quite menacing. Humans find him scary and attractive. All in all he is an attractive lad.
HEIGHT, WEIGHT, BODY
Emmett is proud of his body. He is tall being six foot five which makes him tower above everyone, including his adopted brothers Jasper and Edward, and his adoptive father Carlisle. He is head to foot muscle. To the human eye he looks like someone who visits the gym and works out all the time. But Emmett doesn’t need to work out to keep his body in shape like it is.

Emmett doesn’t have any tattoos nor does he have any piercings. He’s menacing enough without tattoos or piercings and doesn’t think they look too nice anyway.

Emmetts clothing style tends to be a t-shirt and jeans and trainers, If he gets his own way. However with Alice and Rosalie in the house this is rare and he is normally forced into something designer when there around, which he hates. When he goes out he is forced into suits, which he hates even more. Not much can be said for Emmetts clothing style. He just likes casual, comfy clothing and pulls it off quite well. He can pull off most things he wears, but then what vampire can’t?

general;; Emmett has been described as a 'big, teddy bear' which is probably true. Providing you’re not human and get to know him. At first, for humans at least, Emmett seems big and intimidating. He scares people by just looking at them, which he finds amusing. He is very loving and friendly once you get to know him, though. Of course if you get on the wrong side of him you’re going to regret it and he tends to stay clear of humans. He finds them too 'tempting' sometimes and can't help himself. He's learning to control this though and isn't the worst of the Cullens and Hales. Emmett loves Rosalie to pieces and isn’t afraid to show this.
Emmett is known for his big booming laugh and outgoing personality. He makes jokes, a lot. This can annoy people sometimes, mainly the people he directs them at. He can make people laugh and smile in difficult situations though, depending on how he feels of course. He enjoys boasting about things too, quite a lot actually.
Emmett is very strong and took to becoming a vampire quite easily, which surprised Rosalie and Carlisle. He enjoys being a vampire, mainly because of how strong he is - but also because he is with his angel, Rosalie. He often forgets his own strength. When he did first become a vampire he never got the hang of the rules and gave Edward, and the rest of the family, quite a bit of trouble. He's still known for causing trouble and breaking rules. Luckily he doesn't break the most important rules only small ones. He's also known for breaking human rules, such as school ones (when he goes to school, if needs be). He's lucky to have a family who can help him get out of some of the trouble he finds himself in.
Emmett will never back down from a fight and sometimes goes looking for them. He can always find an excuse but this does get him into trouble too. He also always loves to bet against his family. Mainly Jasper and Edward and he hates losing against them – he can sulk for weeks if he loses. He will even bet against Alice but knows he'll never win against her. He just loves the challenge. He’s still a ten-year-old kid at heart but that’s why everyone, well the Cullen’s, love him.

Emmett Dale McCarty was born in 1915. He lived a fairly normal life. Back then He was known for being quite brave, and stupid. He would be a trouble maker in classes but managed to get through school and graduated. He then went off to college, to break more rules and cause more trouble. He was living in Gatlinburg, Tennessee when he was out with some mates hunting, he was 20 years old at the time and he'll always remember that night when he was mauled by a grizzly bear. His friends ran off to go and get help but knew that he'd probably be dead. The search went on for some trace of his body after he disappeared.
It was here that Rosalie found him. He could feel nothing but pain when he heard a fight, thinking it was just another bear coming to fight over who got to eat him he waited for more pain but none came. Instead he felt like he was flying. He opened his eyes for a brief second and saw Rosalie. He thought she was an angel and truly thought he was dead.
Soon he felt sharp pains and then the pain was taken over by a burning sensation. Hell was all he could think, but then why was this angel with him in hell? Eventually after what seemed like longer than three days the burning stopped and Carlisle explained what had happened. He took really well to becoming a vampire; He said it can't be that bad when Carlisle and Rosalie are vampires too. At first though he found it tricky living on the 'vegetarian' diet and he did, once or twice, catch the scent of a human and was unable to help himself. He feels guilty about the human lives he has taken but not as guilty as some of his family do.
Emmett and Rosalie are a happily married couple. They often have weddings: Rosalie likes the whole show of wedding, and they get married every few years. Sometimes they live away from the family as a newlywed couple but always come back. He dedicates his life to protecting her and his family. He doesn't miss his human life like some vampires do.
He enjoys being a vampire and is glad Rosalie rescued him from the bear. This is funnily enough now his favorite of all animal bloods. He loves hunting angry grizzly bears. Often being told off for “playing” with his food as he always fights them before eating them.
Emmett loves sports and often sets up games of Storm Baseball for his family. He can always been seen watching TV, or heard. He owns a great big jeep because he loves off roading, although often goes places in Edwards car, or one of his families cars. His jeep isn't practical in that sense. He is often glad that Rosalie has such an interest in cars. Otherwise his jeep would be nothing but scrap metal by now with what he does to it.

Thunder clapped overhead which just made Emmett pick his jog up to a run. Not because he was scared but because he was excited. There was only one reason Emmett would be running through the forest in a storm at this time of the day and that reason was
“STORM BASEBALL!!!!”
As he’d announced it earlier that morning when Alice had told him that a storm was brewing and that there’d be chance for a baseball game, even watching a game on the telly or wrestling his brothers didn’t beat storm baseball. Even betting against Alice wasn’t as good as storm baseball – probably because he always knew he’d lose but one day he’d win, well in his dreams maybe, only he couldn’t even dream winning a bet against Alice – he shifted the bag on his back. He’d always be the first to the meadow when a game was planned. Everyone knew this because he always took the bats and balls and mats.
Running through the pines and other flora that he could smell he completely ignore the scent of some deer or something grazing – then again he did hate herbivore blood and only drank it when he needed too and he had hunted the other night so the burn in his throat at the smell of blood was mild – he skidded to a stop in the middle of the field as a flash of lightening broke over head followed by some thunder. ‘Perfect’ he thought as he dumped the bags by a log and grabbed the bases and running to go and set them up – which took all of five seconds. Once back to the log he grabbed a ball and began to throw it up in the air and catch it. All he had to do now was wait for the rest of his family to arrive.
He grew easily bored of sitting there and throwing a ball in the air but there was nothing he could do to speed up his family getting her. Did they not realize how important this game was? He let out an audible sigh. Not that he needed too, after all vampires didn’t need to breathe, it was just drilled into him to act like a human because of the amount of time they spent around humans. Even little things like blinking had become second nature to all of the Cullen’s. He threw the ball high into the air again and caught it.
Where was everyone? He wanted to get on with a game of baseball. There was another loud clap of thunder and a fine drizzle of rain started to spill from the cloud. Rain made the games all the more fun. Not that it affected any of them. After all they couldn’t feel the cold, slippy mud didn’t affect their running and it certainly wouldn’t affect their vision, it just made it all the more fun in his eyes. He just couldn’t explain why. He threw the ball up into the air again; waiting certainly was one of the most boring things to do. He turned his head to look through the forest in a hope he might hear or see someone. “Come on” he grumbled. Turning his head back the other way and scanning through them trees.
