Originally, the Second Chance Criminal Rehab Facility was set up for teens between the age of 14 and 18 who have had run ins with the law to go and be re-educated into productive members of society. But now a evil criminal mastermind has secretly bought the school, and now with no ones' knowledge he is looking at the students to find his new followers.
